It is the official platform that is used by the SPPC to manage the entire tendering process with relation to the National Renewable Energy Program. All the references related to ePP means eProcurement Portal of SPPC.

SPPC is committed to promoting transparency and efficiency throughout its tendering process. In line with this commitment, comprehensive information pertaining to tenders will be diligently disclosed on our dedicated portal. Every Request for Quotation (RFQ) and Request for Proposal (RFP) will be exclusively unveiled through the eProcurement portal, ensuring a streamlined and centralized dissemination of crucial details. Moreover, to facilitate a seamless exchange, all responses are to be submitted exclusively through the portal. This approach not only underscores our dedication to openness but also enhances the efficiency of the entire procurement lifecycle.

You can create a company profile by clicking on the 'Bidders Sign Up' button on the top of the homepage of https://powersaudiarabia.com.sa and filling out the required company related fields as well as the user's details. A temporary email will be sent to the user's entered email address.

The first time you login to the portal you will be requested to agree to the User Agreement' and will be prompted to change your temporary password. Your password must be at least 8 characters long and alphanumeric.

Each company must have only one account registered on ePP. Company Admin user can create different divisions, sub-users, user roles, and departments to manage employees access to the eProcurement Portal.

To create new sub-user:
Login as a supplier/bidding company › select 'Manage Users' under 'User Management' › 'Users' tab › create › define first name, last name, no. , etc › select user role › select user division › Save.

To create new User Role:
Login › select 'Manage Users' under 'User Management' › 'User Role' tab › create › Define Role Title › review and amend user rights › save.

Yes, Company Admin user is created while creating a Company Profile on ePP and then using the same admin account you can create user roles and sub-user access.

User role is a way of managing and controlling sub-user access to RFQ, RFP, Projects, and organizational details.

If the branch has a separate trade license, then yes, you will need to create a separate account for it. On the other hand, if a company has many divisions, there is no need to create a separate account. You can create divisions and assign division managers within the same account.

To create divisions:
Login › select 'Manage Users' under 'User Management' › 'Divisions' tab › create › define Division Title › assign division manager › Save.

Passwords are encrypted at the database level and are not known even to our System Administrator. It is known only to you. As a part of the security policy, we advise you to change the password frequently.

The eProcurement Portal will log you out after 30 minutes of inactivity due to security protocols. Any 'unsaved' changes to your online response may be lost as result of the time-out. It is therefore extremely important that you click the 'Save and Continue' button regularly when filling online responses to RFQ/RFP.

You can use your eProcurement Portal account anywhere in the world, and on any computer that meets the minimum system requirements.

In addition to the FAQ section which will be updated on a regular basis, there are user manuals available with screenshots for better understanding of the activities that can be carried out on ePP.

Each published RFX (RFQ, RFP) has it’s own messaging tool. You will be receiving clarifications, announcements, tender amendments, from SPPC to a specific RFx. You can also communicate with SPPC through the same messaging tool within RFx in case you have any legal, financial, technical, or general clarification.

If you have forgotten your password, you should click on the 'Forgot your username/password' link on the ePP homepage. You will then be requested to provide your username and email address. A temporary password or link will then be emailed to you to perform the required action.

Each time you request a password reset, a link to reset password will be emailed to you. Your password must contain a minimum of 8 characters and be alpha-numeric including a special character.

IMPORTANT – your password will expire automatically after 90 days and you will be prompted by the system to provide a new password.

If you have forgotten your User ID, you must contact the Supplier Helpdesk. The Helpdesk contact details are located under the 'Technical Support' section. You will be asked a series of verification questions before the User ID can be disclosed to you.

For future reference, please retain your user ID as this will be required each time you wish to login to the eProcurement Portal.

Please note that once you have registered and logged into your account, you will not find any projects listed if there are currently no running RFQs. You need to Check back on ePP Opportunities page in order to express interest in new RFQs once they have been released https://powersaudiarabia.com.sa/esop/guest/go/public/opportunity/current?locale=en_GB&customLoginPage=/web/index.html

Please note that RFPs are by invitation only to pre-qualified bidders. If you submit a statement of qualification in response to a released RFQ and you are pre-qualified as a result, you will receive an invitation to participate in the RFP. Supplier cannot edit the company name after registration completion, Contact Technical Support Team of SPPC for any change required

Bidders can edit the company admin user email if they can still access their superuser account. In case they don’t have access to it, they can Contact Technical Support Team of SPPC for company admin user email change
